WHY I SERVE AS A MEDIATOR

If you are involved in contested family court litigation, you are—without a doubt— going through one of the most difficult times in your life. The traditional litigation system is adversarial, and it creates even more emotional and financial stress. I am a strong proponent of mediation because it gives people the opportunity to remove themselves from this cycle. It gives them the power to make critical decisions about their families and lives rather than leaving those decisions up to the court. Mediation allows you the opportunity to end the litigation process, save money, and move on with your life. I believe in the process of mediation and hope you will, too.
